1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vocaloria ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vocaloria is a text-to-speech generation tool that converts written text into audio using third-party voice synthesis APIs. Vocaloria is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to TikTok, ByteDance, or any of their subsidiaries. Voice synthesis is powered by third-party APIs and availability may change without notice.

3. User Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and verify it to access full features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Generate spam or bulk automated content for commercial distribution without consent
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the Service
  • Create content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Generated Content

You retain ownership of the text you submit. The audio generated is provided for your personal and commercial use, subject to any applicable third-party API terms. Vocaloria does not claim ownership of generated audio files.

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

Vocaloria relies on third-party voice synthesis APIs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. If the underlying API becomes unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service or provide an alternative, but we cannot be held liable for outages caused by third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vocaloria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms
